Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

 

    • Order cancellation request will not be entertained.
    • All items sold are not returnable, refundable*, or exchangeable. *Refund is only applicable if item goes out of stock or unable to manufacture.
    • In case a wrong item or damaged item is received - an unboxing/parcel opening video from the seal is required for our customer service team to assess & claim the exchange on a fairground basis.
    • For free-sized items, there is no exchange policyFor an item that has sizes, it is the customer's responsibility to check on the measurements. 
    • Any loose threads or irregularities in embroideries are not considered damages. 
    • Discounted/On Sale items are not valid for refund/exchange.
    • A washable stain is not considered damage. 
    • 5% - 10% of color variation is expected due to different lighting and photographic sources. An item with dual-tone abilities may look varied from a different angle.
    • Items that are accepted for a return must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, missing pieces, or altered in any way.
    • It is the customer's duty to inform any issues to us via within 3 working days upon receiving of item. Replacement will not be accepted if it has exceeded the window of 3 working days.
    • We would recommend all items be drycleaned prior to use as well as to preserve the quality of the item.
